Submission Guidelines

All submissions have to be made through the Conference Registration papers submission system. Those who do not have an account will need to create one. NOTE: If you find it difficult to submit the papers through our conference registration paper submission system, forward your research papers to icasce2013@gmail.com Guidelines – Camera Ready Paper Submission  Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) is between 3 to 10 pages. General Guidelines All papers must conform to standard Journal of EPJ Web of Conferences (Springer) double-column format and must be submitted as ‘Ms. Word file format between 3 to 10 pages including text, figures, tables and references. The author name, affiliation and Email contact address should be clearly specified in the full paper; but it will be temporary removed while it sends to review section. The Journal of EPJ Web of Conferences (Springer) guidelines, available at here NOTE: Whenever you submit a paper to ICASCE 2013, you must adhere to these General Guidelines. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column Journal of EPJ Web of Conferences (Springer) common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. Copyright Transfer All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form and scan that paper.
