Nico Surantha Ginting has been a lecturer at the Master of Computer Science at Bina Nusantara University since 2016. He received the B.Eng. and M. Eng. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, in 2007 and 2009, respectively. He also received a Ph.D. degree from the Graduate School of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2013. From 2012-2015, He worked for Radrix, Co. Ltd, a Fukuoka-based venture company that provides solutions for digital communication systems as an R&D engineer. From 2015-2016, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Kyushu Institute of Technology. Since 2021, He has also worked as a full-time lecturer with the Department of Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering at Tokyo City University, Japan. His research interests include Intelligent Internet-of-Things, machine learning, and health monitoring.
